Aryeh J. Graber, Ph.D.
Clinical and Health Psychologist
OCD & Anxiety Disorders Treatment
About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in the evidence-based treatment of anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders for adolescents and adults. I also have extensive experience in the field of health psychology and feel passionate about working with individuals struggling to adjust to challenges related to chronic or stress-related medical conditions.
My practice orientation is personalized, and solution focused, with an emphasis on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including Exposure/Response Prevention and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I integrate these modalities within a relational framework, the combination of which often leads to improvements not only in symptoms but also in insight and self-esteem.
I have worked in major medical centers, outpatient clinics, and VA hospital systems. In addition to my practice, I am also a staff psychologist at the Cleveland VA Medical Center, where I treat Veterans with wide ranging anxiety and mood issues. I also supervise psychology interns and post-doctoral fellows.
I provide teletherapy in all PSYPACT participating states.
