My Approach

I have had the benefit of being trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, across diverse treatment settings, which have collectively informed my clinical practice. Above all, I aim to foster a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship which I believe to be the cornerstone for any type of personal growth and strive to match treatment interventions to each person’s goals, strengths, and motivation. 


In addition to assisting individuals with wide ranging psychological/emotional issues, I specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of anxiety disorders and specifically in providing exposure and response prevention, the gold standard of treatment for obsessive compulsive disorders.
